In the WordPress dashboard, go to Appearance > Customize.
Be sure to click the blue Publish button when you complete updating a section.
The customizer Colors makes it easy to change colors without using code. You can change:
- Background Color – Change the background color; this will show on pages, posts, listings, and communities, but not the front page.
- Header Color – Change the color of the header, buttons, and community image borders.
- Accent Color – Change color for links, search bar, and footer widgets.
- Primary Color – Change color for backgrounds on archive descriptions, author box, after entry, and listing details.
- Secondary Color – Change color for home page featured listings background.
- Footer Color – Change color for link and button hover, footer.
Click Select Color next to the color you want to change.
When you’re finished, click the Publish button up at the top of the customizer.
