Create the Custom Taxonomy Terms

For each of the taxonomies that you created, you can add some terms; you can choose your own, if you prefer.

The Add New screen will look like this:

Click on Listings > Status button.
Add each of these terms to the Name field and click the Add New Status button.
We used the following, but you will need to choose terms to match your real estate market.
- For Rent
- For Sale
- Rented
- Sold Properties
- Under Contract

Click on Listings > Types
Add each of these terms to the Name field and click the Add New Type button.
We used the following, but you will need to choose terms to match your real estate market.
- Commercial
- Condominium
- Industrial
- Multi-Unit
- Single Family Home
- Town Home

Click on Listings > Bedrooms
Add each of these terms to the Name field and click the Add New Bedrooms button.
We used the following, but you will need to choose terms to match your real estate market.
- 1 Bedroom
- 2 Bedrooms
- 3 Bedrooms
- 4 Bedrooms
- 5+ Bedrooms

Click on Listings > Price
Add each of these terms to the Name field and click the Add New Price button.
We used the following, but you will need to choose terms to match your real estate market.
- 100k-250k
- 250k-500k
- 500k-750k
- 750k-up
- Over-750k
- Under-250k

Click on Listings > Locations
Add each of these terms to the Name field and click the Add New Location button.
We used the following, but you will need to choose terms to match your real estate market.
- Arlington Heights
- Barrington
- Hoffman Estates
- Mount Prospect
- Palatine
- Schaumburg

Click on Listings > Features
Add these terms to the Name field and click the Add New Features button. These are the features we used in the demo, but you can add your own.
- All Hard Wood Floors
- Full Finished Basement
- Fully Updated
- Granite Counter Tops
- Patio
