To edit the sidebar widgets:
Go to Appearance > Widgets > Primary Sidebar.
There are three Genesis - Featured Page widgets (like in the Home Featured section.)
There is also a Genesis - eNews Extended widget to use for you email list subscriptions, and a Search widget.
(The Custom HTML widget can be removed, once you no longer need the link to sign up for an IDX Broker account.)

Genesis - eNews Extended widget
The Genesis - eNews Extended widget works well with newsletter services, such as Mailchimp. Go here to find setup instructions for different newsletter services.
Search widget
Use the Search widget and give it a Title of Search.
